The result of good time management is increased effectiveness and productivity. It is a key aspect of project management and involves skills such as planning, setting goals and prioritizing for a better performance, we must just avoid lots of distraction by simply planning some activity to capture the student’s attention. An effective planning method is to identify all the tasks that you need to do to complete the classroom administrations. This can be done by making to do task list. Effective used of school tie begins with efficient classroom organization and management and vice versa itself preparing a learning activities and catchy presentation.

TIME MANAGEMENT STATEGY OF MINE;

ORGANIZE DON’T AGONIZE

  • Preparing my lesson plan, a head which includes the sequences or the arrangement of the routine in doing classroom discussion.

  • I indicate how many minutes all of my steps in my lesson plan (from greetings, attendance, motivation, lesson proper and evaluation)

  • Identifying and prioritizing the task it is fine to estimate how much time it will take to complete the task. I’ll make sure that I include all constrain and other factors in my estimation, because as I observed, most of the time things will not go as planned, so I include buffer times for unforeseen events into my plan and classroom setting. Also I make my plan B if one of my strategy or activity didn't work as I plan, so that at the end of my lesson or class I keep the class productive.

  • In doing the activities, if some of the students can't answer all the activities that I've been given to them, I let them do that as a homework and to the smart ones I'll do the same to be fair.

  • Be consistent with your own rules. Children will do always commotions to distract the other children in class.

  • Set aside personal stuff during class.

  • Say no to some unnecessary questions but remember to always entertain your students.
