My 6 Rules:

1. Listen carefully

2. Follow directions

3. Work quietly. Do not disturb others who are working.

4. Respect others. Be kind with your words and actions.

5. Respect the school and personal properly

6. Work and play safely

                       

             Classroom management was one of my hardest challenge in all my teaching aspects, due to the language barrier and students excitement that I am their teacher, they are all active and at the same time active that can cause commotions that literary annoys me and my other students. Even though I established my rules in class, they still do their own stuff, though I translated already my discussion or lesson in bahasa, still some of them didn't listen to me, they just kept asking me and run inside the classroom, I can't express my thoughts because they are so uncontrollable students, it's really hard. The things that only i can do was first "silakhan duduk" and "dengarkan" which is "please sit down" and "listen" since they are all active, I used to sing a nursery song or play a game, that's the time they stop doing nonsense things.
